Michaella is a Lebanese singer ,born on the 20th of November, with a touch of European beauty since she has French and German roots. Her parents, both artists, decided to raise her in music. At the age of 8, Michaella enrolled in piano classes. Her talent in singing was discovered when her piano instructor asked from her to sing high-pitched notes. Michaella interest in music and performing began after participating in a school talent show. She sang Magida el Roumi`s Kalimat and won the competition. After performing at early ages in many Beirut theaters, Michaella decided to upgrade her performance. She practiced a lot and enrolled in all music, drama and dance classes. She met in her long journey teachers from Lebanon, France, England and U.S.A. At the age of 20, she met Mustapha Mattar, a composer (now her manager), who advised her to release an album in Lebanon and other Arabic countries. In 2005, they released her first single, Bteb2a ma3na, dedicated to the soul of the late PM Rafic al Hariri. As soon as this song was released, Michaella became the talk of the town. Her first album "Law Doumou3i", (Musicology) released 4 weeks later, débuted on the Virgin Top 10 at number one and Stayed there for 6 weeks.
